1. General Agreement

By submitting your application, you confirm that all information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection or termination.

 

2. Nature of Services

Avilon Holding is a manpower service provider facilitating employment opportunities in Kyrgyzstan and Russia for construction-related work.

We are not responsible for any third-party promises, agents, or unauthorized intermediaries.

 

3. Payment Responsibility

– The applicant agrees that visa and travel (air ticket) costs must be paid by the applicant.

– All payments must be made directly to Avilon Holding or its authorized representatives only.

– No refund will be provided once visa processing has started.

– Partial refund may be considered only if the application is rejected before processing begins.

 

4. Employment Comitment

– The applicant agrees to work for a minimum period of 12 months.

– If the worker leaves the job before completion of the minimum contract period without valid reason or approval, the company reserves the right to impose penalties and recover associated costs.

– The applicant agrees not to switch employers or contractors during the contract period without written approval.

-The applicant agrees not to join, transfer, or work with any other contractor, agent, or employer within the destination country during the contract period.

-Any violation will result in immediate termination and may lead to financial penalties and legal action.

 

5. Skill Verification

– All applicants must undergo skill verification, including video submission and/or practical testing.

– If the applicant fails to meet required skill standards after deployment, the company reserves the right to terminate employment.

– In such cases, return expenses may be borne by the applicant.

 

6. Salary and Work Conditions

– Salary depends on skill level, trade, and project requirements.

– Work conditions, accommodation, and facilities may vary depending on the project and country.

– Delays caused by external contractors or government processes are beyond company control.

 

7. Worker Conduct

– The worker must follow company rules, site discipline, and local laws.

– Any misconduct, illegal activity, or indiscipline may result in immediate termination.

-Any involvement in indiscipline, illegal activity, workplace conflict, or violation of company rules may result in immediate termination without notice or compensation.

 

8. Liability Limitation

Avilon Holding shall not be liable for:

– Delays in salary caused by contractors or clients

– Worksite conditions controlled by third-party contractors

– Government or immigration-related delays

– Personal disputes between workers and third parties

 

9. Termination Policy

The company reserves the right to terminate any worker:

– For misconduct

– For poor performance

– For violation of contract terms

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the application form, you acknowledge that:

– You have read and understood all terms

– You agree to comply with all conditions

– You accept full responsibility for your decision

 

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the operating country (Kyrgyzstan or Russia), along with relevant international employment regulations.
